Members of Iron Workers Regional Shop Local 851 who are employed with a Participating Employer required to make contributions to the Health & Welfare Fund are eligible for group insurance benefits in accordance with the bargaining agreement:
Your spouse and all eligible dependents enjoy the same benefits, except Short Term Disability, which is an Employee Only benefit.

Upon hiring into a Local 851 shop that is a Participating Employer to the Health & Welfare Fund, you will be mailed a Benefit Package containing the following documents which outline the specific group insurance benefits and eligibility requirements for your particular Employer:
