With your Delta Dental PPO (Point-ofService) plan, you may save more money and receive higher levels of coverage when visiting a Delta Dental PPO dentist.  PPO dentist have agreed to accept lower fees as full payment for covered services.  However, if you go to a dentist who doesn't participate in Delta Dental PPO, you can still save money if your dentist participates in Delta Dental Premier, which have also agreed to accept Delta Dental's fee determination as full payment for covered services.

How to Find a Dentist & Get Information about your Delta Dental Benefits

Staying in the Delta Dental network is smart and finding participating dentist couldn't be easier!  Use any of the methods listed below to locate participating dentists near you.

• Member Portal - www.memberportal.com Gives you 24/7 access to important information regarding your dental benefits using your smartphone or tablet. With member Portal, you can:
  • See which members are covered on your plan.
  • Find an in-network dentist
  • See common procedures
  • Access an online ID card
  • View the status of all claims and toggle between different family member claims
  • View and print Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
  • You can find ., as well as a dentist directory.  
• Website - Delta's mobile-friendly dentist search tool is available at www.deltadentalmi.com
• Customer Service - Use Delta's automated system to get a list of participating dentist near you by calling (800) 524-0149.  There are options to listen to the directory or to have the list faxed to you.  Representatives are also available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. to assist you.
