If you become disabled as a result of a covered injury or illness (not work related) which prevents you from performing any and every duty of your employment, you may be eligible to receive Short Term Disability benefits from ULLICO. Your benefits for Short Term Disability are:

Weekly Benefit Amount: $400.00

Waiting Period: 1^st day for Accident/7^th day for illness

Maximum Benefit Period 52 weeks
