To help you take steps towards improving your overall wellness, we've provided you with a hearing program through

Services must be provided by a TruHearing provider. This program ensures you save 30-60% off average retail pricing. You can  further reduce your out-of-pocket costs by combining these savings with your hearing aid allowance of

• Hearing Exam ($0 copay)
• $750 per hearing device per ear every 2 years

Buying your hearing aid through TruHearing gives you peace of mind with a 60-day trial period, a 3-year full manufacturer warranty, 80 free batteries per non-rechargable hearing aid, and 1 year of follow-up visits to ensure your optimal hearing experience.  

Getting Started Is Simple!

1.  Contact TruHearing - Call 1-855-739-8256 and you'll be paired with a dedicated Hearing Consultant who will answer any questions you have.

2.  Find a provider - Your Hearing Consultant will match you with a qualified provider near you and schedule your appointment.

3. Go to your appointment - Your provider will conduct a thorough exam.  If hearing aids are recommended, they'll help you choose the right ones.

Active members and their eligible dependents (including a select group of the Retiree Only) are eligible for hearing benefits once every 24-month period from date of service to date of service the following year.
